CHICKS LIFT will help you build that lean sculpted physique and reveal the body you have been working so hard for! You will see noticeable changes in your training by stimulating new movement patterns, loading traditional exercises with safe and demanding variations. This will dramatically improve muscle texture and density, reduce overall body fat and reveal lean muscle mass.

ChicksLift is a full body workout that will introduce new training methods including using functional training tools, Olympic lifting, Power Lifting, HIIT & Tabata style conditioning. These sessions are designed to push the boundaries of your understanding of performance. Developed with exercise science, programs are periodised and loads will be monitored.

In our sessions, you will perform complex exercises and variations such as squats, plyometrics, bench and push presses, thrusts, lunges and rotations. These will be achieved in a controlled environment with clear and accurate coaching cues to enhance lean muscle mass development. The sessions provide you with an accomplished work out as well as training education.
