CHICKS FIT is a program designed for woman who want to improve fitness, mobility and shred the body fat %. The program is designed to bring like-minded females together who are willing to work hard to earn their body using the latest in functional training techniques. Programs are designed to have all participants performing exercises at a high intensity level to maximize the available time to getting the best possible results.

The full body workout will introduce new training methods and equipment including TRX, Kettle bells, Barbells, ViPR’s, Sled pushes, Ropes, Dead Balls, Medicine Balls, Rowers, Bikes, Power bands, Agility bands, Body weight exercises, Boxing and running. The sessions are designed to push the boundaries of your fitness and challenge you to a higher level of fitness.
